As it was my first time traveling to Erbil, I’m really glad I chose to stay at the Ramada Hotel — I have no regrets at all. The experience was made even better thanks to Mr. Omar Fawaz, who was always smiling, approachable, and took the initiative to help whenever needed. His warm and professional attitude truly stood out. I also want to highlight the excellent security team — they were very attentive, respectful, and made me feel safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend Ramada to anyone visiting Erbil.

The room was fantastic and the reception team are amazing they are very helpful and friendly big thanks to them I will recomend this hotel for all my friends and the companies which I'm dealing with at Iraq it's the best hotel I ever booked

A very nice hotel! The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was quite good, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience—highly recommended!

The room is a quiet, spacious, clean, well organized, and well designed the laundry service was fast and the food variety at the breakfast was good.

The location, breakfast. I had the baffet and had a nice meal cooked by the chef. The staff members are always exceptional. From the door staff,reception,bell boys etc.

The hotel was totally clean and tidy.. Rooms are big and comfortable for Lavin The staff are so nice and great assistant and professional. For sure my next stay will be at Ramada Erbil.

Excellent Hotel, super clean rooms and amazing staff especially the Front desk manager (Avak), front desk (Thaer) and house keeping manager (Rakib) were so cooperative, helpful and amazing.
